Kerry Continues to Surge, State By State Poll Results

http://www.electoral-vote.com/

http://online.wsj.com/public/resourc...eground04.html

:)

********************

After over a month of trailing Bush, and sometimes quite badly, Kerry has pulled ahead again.........but most of the key states are a hair thin margin........this thing is close as hell.........

But as I said before, wait til tonite..........another crushin' is coming in the Town Hall Debate. Go John!

I'm very pleased with this latest state by state polling results. We've got a good shot at getting rid of a real thorn in our side; the harrassment of our community will get far worse over the next four years if Bush stays in power.

Go Kerry :thumbsup

I'm pretty geeked about them too...........this election has such deep and far-reaching ramifications for our industry.........starting with who gets to appoint the next few Supreme Court Justices as many of them will be retiring soon. Needless to say, that is HUGE.

I'll throw my lot in with a Liberal from Mass. thank you very much, and not a neo-con, religious idiot who wants to impose his value system on us and the first amendment.......oh and btw, appoints an Attorney General who can best be described as a religious fanatic.

So I'll be watching the debate tonite with special interest, as should any adult webmaster.

:2 cents:

It shouldn't be this close. Doesn't say much for my fellow Americans, does it?

I agree........but you know what? It is what it is; we just have to get out and vote and even a razor thin win for the Democrats is a major victory for us. Bushgollum has just got to go!

I hope Kerry does at least as well in the next 2 rounds of debates...

I'm almost certain he'll win, but by a thin margin of course...

Fahrenheit 9/11 has had ZERO influence on this and if Kerry wins, don't buy the hype that will come out of the Moore camp that he was a major reason why Bush lost. Kerry & Edwards worked hard in conveying certain messages to woo the women vote back; the male vote has stayed relatively the same or close to the same even with the debates, yet even Kerry has picked up some support from me...........Bush was leading with females all thru September but now its swinging back strong Kerry's way.

Thats the difference..........and they all didn't rush out to see Fahrenheit 9/11 suddenly.

Just watch tonite..........watch how much Kerry will emphasize things important to women, like healthcare, jobs, security etc.

Thank god women are coming back to the Democratic party or it would be all over now.

yea kerry is getting more support from women but men hardly ever change thier mind. Most guys knew back in july who they would vote for and theres not many people that would be able to change thier mind.

It just came out yesterday that Colorado, that had been "solid Bush" is now a TOSSUP state! Incredible!

Tonite's debate is sooooooo crucial!

Yes the Debate is crucial, but more crucial is casting your vote:thumbsup

MarcS 10-08-2004 01:04 PM

the Kerry's lead in the important states is so small right now
Bush could still easily take all of them

I sure hope he won't

Doctor Dre 10-08-2004 01:16 PM

That's pretty interesting . Let's hope kerry do really good in the next debate

dready 10-08-2004 01:19 PM

Not sure if he's climbing the ladder due to his own efforts or the recent news about WMD's, etc... which backs up his strategy with the war...

i hope Kerry does well at the debate tonight. We need to keep up the momentum. Maybe Bush's earpiece will fall out :1orglaugh

And a vote in Colorado on election night could make Florida 2000 issue look like child's play

Let's hope Bush "all of a sudden" capturing Osma won't undo this. I've felt that he's been captured for most of this year.... just waiting for the "right time" to announce it.

Good news for Kerry. However, consider that he is only leading by 1 point in Ohio (20 electoral votes) and 2 points in Pennsylvania (21 electoral votes), both key swing states. Both polls are within the margin or error, as they were when Bush was shown leading. A turn around of 41 electoral votes would have Bush ahead. The bottom line is that this election is going down to the wire and will probably be decided in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florda.

I don't think Bush can win without taking either Ohio or Pennsylvania. These are both heavily industrial states with voters worried about the economy. Given this, I think the next two debates are crucial, since the economy will be the central issue. If Bush has nothing to say, he'll be in trouble.

JP Paradise 10-09-2004 01:23 AM

Between the economy and healthcare what domestic issues can GW win on??

smack 10-09-2004 01:27 AM

bump for kerry. :thumbsup
