Font manager

Is there a good font manager so I don't have to have 1000 fonts installed at a time? I would like to group and install a group as needed but when not needed just have the standard windows fonts load on startup.

Well that leaves Adobe Type Manager, not as good as suitcase but Adobe allways do top stuff so cant be bad
