Does this make sense to you
Ok, so the last 3 years that I've lived in Hawaii, I've lived in an apartment building with at least one expensive Italian soprtscar, either a Ferrari or a Lamborghini, or both. The first time I lived in a place where the rent was $1500 a month, and a Korean guy that lived there had a Ferrari Maranello and a Lamborghini Diablo, both brand new. The next year I lived in a place that was $1400 a month, and a guy that lived there had a Ferrari Spyder. This year I live at a place that is $1700 a month and theres a guy with a Ferrari 308. What I don't understand is, instead of buying a 2 or 3 hundred thousand dollar car, why not build a house instead of living in an apartment?
Anyone? |
i dont get the point of owning a car like that on hawaii... but thats just me

are all the apartments there the same price? and are you sure they're all apartments? we all know you've been known to fuck up the details.

Some people don't like commitment and rather rent a place than buy it.

same thing in my area, except its people with shitty houses putting $5,000 rims on their car

What's wrong with an appartment?
Maybe they move often from place to place? |

I don't personally understand why someone wouldn't buy a place, since if you keep it in good condition the price won't go down (atleast in helsinki). My apartment has increased 250% in value the past 5 years. But each to their own, and I know for a fact that some rich people who could afford multiple places still rent. |

You can showoff a car more then a house.
