With those alternatives it might depend on whether you think Marc De's new business model sounds awfully like the one that earlier in the year he was saying had run its course and thus had to be replaced...

But if you don't mind adding an "E" to the end of ars, then "ass" is American spelling and "arse" is the UK spelling. Take your pick...
