Homemade Jamaican Jerk sauce is so addictive. Also anything Thai. I like spicy Indian food, but not the after effects. :) Italian Fra Diavalo is fantastic. Mexican has to be done just right. When its too hot it literally burns your mouth.

Agreed about homemade jerk - green mint chicken...yum too. Mexican is great, no matter what.
