Kerry WAY ahead in "Battleground States" - Would WIN if vote held today!
 

Kerry is way ahead in the number of battleground states in which he holds a lead in the polls. According to the latest Zogby Poll and the WSJ he would thrash Bush in the Electoral Collage right now.

I'm pretty damn sure Kerry will win. He's been steadily climbing and will continue to do so until the election.

Part of the Republican push is to demoralize Dem/progressive voters with news that their candidate is behind. This is the kind of news that pumps up those voters. It only takes a 2 or 3 percent swing in voter turnout for one party to affect the election.
