... damn, no good at all. I hope you'll make it. I have been smoking for 17 year and quit a bit more than 4 weeks ago ... I never noticed how beautifull a fresh sea breeze smells !!!

Doesn't work like that. You need to stay off smoking no matter what happens, or eventually you'll always start smoking again.
