XXXClickCash adds no popup option (pay per click + free $20)

There was a demand by a few webmasters to add a no popup option to the program. So I've been working hard and got it all sorted out. Now you have the option of sending traffic to a page with no popups at all.

I notice there's no refcode passed onto any of the outgoing links once you've landed on the page... Has the webmaster already received credit at this point or is the refcode now in a cookie?
