I am sure that alot of people have seen my story, but for the ones that haven't followed the teleteria saga I would like to bring the story up to date as servidio is not quite telling the truth here.


We did contract Teleteria to design 3 custom adult sites and what we received 3 copy paste sites with all the same content[Nothing custom about that]

Jay Servidio referred us to our 3 Custom Designed Sites at wich time we never saw any content on these sites. We were assured by Jay Servidio that they used the best content and video's unmatched by other companies and he assured us that we would be pleased, to wich he also added, that is why they offer a 100% money back guarantee.
[Fact is we never saw any content in the begining, but were always reassured of the guarentee and how long he had been in business,Blah,Blah,Blah]

In the begining we only wanted to purchase 2 sites and Jay Servidio pulled one of his typical sales pitch and said he would work with us and get us making money while we pay them off [meaning carry the balance] if we would purchase 3 sites instead of 2.... as we would make alot more money, to be exact we would make three times the money.
[we were assured that we would be making monies of $300-$400 per day per site.]

Teleteria never financed anything:As you can see below he wanted more money all they time so there was never any carrying of the funds and especially the interest, which he never mentioned in the begining and any good business person would include or inform you of this, so his statement's in the past hold's no water.

Teleteria said the site would be up and running in 7-10 days,

We signed up on 8-27-03with a $2000.00 deposit to start project's.[charge card]

On 9-10-03 Jay Servidio wants another $2400.00 for the so called search engine submission package[BIGGEST SCAM ON THE NET] [IMHO] and quartely web hosting fee's and we haven't even seen any sites yet.[charge card]
[still no web sites and more excuises].

On 10-14-03 Jay Servidio wants another $2000.00 payment made[OUT IN HIS NAME AND NOT TELETERIA'S NAME] towards the purchase price, at which time we saw the web site's home pages and tour pages and approved them (ONLY) and we have still seen no content at this point and were reassured that we would be pleased and to trust him as he has been in the business for many years, so we did give them the benifit of doubt and waited for the content.
[WE RECEIVED A REFUND OF $2000.00 BECAUSE I THREATENED TO GO TO THE IRS WITH MY COMPLAINT AND THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON WE GOT THAT MONEY BACK]

On 11-5-03 we received access to the so called Custom Designed Sites and refused all 3 as the images are blind clicks with very poor grainey old photo's....[OUTDATED TRASH]...... and the video's although are brand name, are about 10 years old or older[ALTHOUGH BRAND NAME....BARGAN BASEMENT TOSSOFF'S].IMHO] other webmasters agreed to this fact!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[Mr.Servidio was given example's of sites for THEM to look at to see what we were looking for, he claimed he had looked at the sites and would do something along those lines and they didn't].

[why would anyone purchase 3 different sites with all the same content and try to link them together, that would be like purchasing 3 different magazines with the same literature inside of them] they were suppose to be custom....not copy paste!!!


[Hardly the content and video's unmatched by other companies, basically in my opinion and this is trash content and video's] By no means is this a slam against the video supplier but rather the truth Teleteria does not give you what they offer and its all old outdated bargan basement tossoff's].

On 11-5-03 we demanded our money back and thats when the violent threats and unprofessional behavior from Jay Servidio started, [HE TOLD US WE WOULD NEVER SEE OUR MONEY AGAIN.]

He has threatened to take care of me also along with his fine use of the english language in cussing me out and spewing his verbal abuse.

So you can see the 7-10 day is an outright lie... it took three months or better...this would be a breech of contract at this point.

[FUNNY THE LINK DOESNT WORK ANYMORE] This was a copy of the screen cap I have of the infamous changing web site of Teleteria.
[we have screen caps of the origional site and agreements and statements and threats by servidio/teleteria.

We did a charge back to the credit card company and they awarded us $4400.00 back and then out of the blue rebilled our account for $4400.00 and gave it to teleteria.

On 3-18-04 we received a cashiers check from Teleteria in the amount of $2000.00 and now Jay Servidio will not give us the $4400.00 that they received in good faith.
[How is it that the credit card company can issue full credit and then make it a partial credit, my opinion is that once you reach a certian chargeback ratio the credit card company will drop you as a merchant if you have to many chargebacks. [SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT HERE].

I don't think telling the truth is slander or liable and if Mr.Servidio wants to sue us please do so, I have welcomed the lawsuit and do you see Jay Servidio sueing.

I think at this time it is appropreiate to mention a class action suit is in the works as we have so many people that have been ripped off by this guy and his worthless company that some legal advisers have taken notice and feel it is a good time.

First, Teleteria has NO CASE.

No person can be sued for posting an OPINION which is protected free speech.

No person can be sued for "reporting the truth" of the existence of such a suit. Otherwise any reporter could be sued for reporting on ANY court case.

If Teleteria were to "go forward" with a slander/liable suit, they would have to "open all of their books" to the defendant and his attorney.

I welcome you all to visit Teleteria's new web site, but please keep in mind that once the complaint's started to come in, teleteria started to change their web site but we were smart enough to pull screen caps of the origional site, so who knows what sneaky tricks they have come up with at this point.

In my opinion teleteria is a deceitfull dishonest company that misrepresents it's products, does not honor its 100% money back guarantee,does not deliver the product after it is paid for and has no persons best interest in mind, but rather to just take advantage of "NEWBIES OR UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS] AND steel their hard earned money and run.[This is only my opinion]

We have in our possession and in our legal represenative's possession, 2 folders 3 inches thick of documentation regarding their bad business practices and complaint's [even from ex-employees] that we have pulled up on Teleteria and we would be willing to provide any and all documentation to show we and all the others have reasonable complaint's.

There is a numerous amount of complaints of being ripped off and threatened by servidio/teleteria.This company has so many complaint's it's hard to beleive that they are still in business, the complaint's are all the same or real close to it and coming in on a daily,weekly,monthly basis.

[with this many complaints, we all can't be wrong, tried and failed or didn't do the work, as this is the same old story he pulls on everyone we have talked to and servidio post this as his rebuttle on the boards....pretty lame if you ask me].

I hope that if anyone reads this will stay away from Teleteria..... because if you have good hard earned money then I feel it would be better to roll down your window at 80mph and throw the money out the door, it will save you alot of grief and heartache in the end.

As you can see it took over 3-4 months to complete the Custom Designed Sites and not 7-10 days, just about long enough for an individual not to be able to chargeback any monies taken by Teleteria.

The iorney of their so called flip/flop contract and flip/flop approval process is the stalling that goes on forever or just about the time you have paid for everything and don't stand a chance for a chargeback or if you paid them by check then you are just flat out of luck.
They never tell you that the content and video's are not part of the approval process but rather reassure you with false promises.

I suggest that if anyone insist's on doing business with Teleteria, please take his so called sneaky flip/flop contract to an attorney before you sign anything and have your attorney draw up a good legal binding contract for them to sign.

What Jay Servidio does not understand is that I am not launching a vigourous campaign, but rather trying to get them to do the right thing and give us our MONEY BACKor DELIVER THE DESIGN'S WE PAID FOR, but as you can see Teleteria is not a stand up company and probably will never be.

We will continue to try and receive our MONEY BACK OR PRODUCT DELIVERED, but in the mean time we are building our own site's and are doing pretty well so he really can't say we have tried and failed' we are designing these sites, although I can see how anyone would fail with their product[basically a copy paste big charge back website's = finished] [this is only my opinion].

If teleteria is a stand up company then why havent any of us received our product....because it is a scam[IMHO] It does not state in the contract that if I refused the sites I would not receive the product....[at least if you go to a store and they decide to not honor any guarantee you at least get to take the broken product home]

Teleteria does not do this they just keep the design that"YOU PAID FOR" and sells it to some other unsuspecting customer[NEWBIE]. This is not right!!! We all should receive all templates with all releases of models used in designs with all HTML tag ect,ect. teleteria can keep the worthless images and video's.
So basically the way I see it is he runs a big recycling plant of web sites that has been rejected using our monies.....[THIS IS A BORDERLINE SCAM OR FRAUD....IMHO] and the FBI will be dealing with him soon enough.

Servidio has been paid $4400.00 and I want my templates with DOC'S on a disk. The apprasial price for 10 page tour site with no content or domain is around $1000.00 ea. and I should be returned 3 pay sites with 10 page tour's each.

It would be hard to do this though as he has sold my sites with a different domain name attached.....the funny thing is there are other sites that we ran across that have the same templates,colors...everything the same except the domain....so this in itself shows he just copies and paste his so called custom site's and resells them, what a racket he has going and a bad case of fraud [IMHO]

While I am on the subject I would like to say in the process of getting signed on with teleteria they never made me or requested that we send proof[COPY OF IDENTIFICATION OF AGE VERIFICATION] to purchase PORNOGRAPHIC WEB SITES from them.

AVN just published an article about teleteria.......I just couldn't understand it.

I am glad to see something may become of this, as you know The Legacy it has been a big battle that went on for ever.

I decided after The Phoenix Forum that we would move on....."after receiving advice from a very special person"........with the exception of answering any questions that newbies or anyone asking about the background on Teleteria.

We have moved on and now it is time again to get all the people that have posted about being ripped off to call the number provided and file a complaint....it does not matter how long ago it was....just that it happened to you.

I don't know if this is true....but I just pulled this off of rip-off reports where there are alot of complaints.....and some of my moments also with servidio.......

Here is the statement by Michael from FL. that had made a earlier complaint and wasn't to descriptive of the nature of the problem.

Just to let you know I found out some more information. Apparently Mr. Servido is currently under inditement. To further explain my situation on the software. You see, I actually have a email from Jay indicating that the money I paid included the design, and the installation of the software needed for the website I requested.

Luckily I never paid the full amount on $3500 and when I was noticing that the website was not working, I then contacted the company, and was informed by Jay, that there were some issues with the company, but he had found a better one, with better profits for the purchaser of the website and that I needed to be patient because they were currently under contract negotiations.

That excuse lasted 3 months, and I then knew there was something definitely wrong.

It is very important that this information get out to all the people that were defrauded bt Mr.Servidio of Teleteria

If we all work together and give this a fair chance to be viewed by the people thathave been defrauded, it would be a good thing for all newbies,potential customers and for the the industry.

yes you are right....but there are too many people that have been down the same road with the same stories and I hope it will be proven in a court of law..........there is that fine line to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and I feel there are enough people to prove just that.

I have paid $4400.00 and never received any product and that is fraud [IMHO]. I and others paid for the design work and should receive it even if we don't like what they did.

If you bought a product from the store and took it back for them to honor the guarantee and they didn't , you would at least expect to take the toaster back home because you paid for it.

It's been asked...and, so far, I haven't seen or heard anyone speak up in favour of this guy ....or his services.

Many are afraid to come out and admit they have been taken because of their own newbie ignorance, preferring to eat the cost and chalk it up to a learning experience.

Can't say that I blame them, as it's embarrassing to admit this kind of error.

But, there ARE others, with whom I've spoken, privately, who are afraid to 'come out' because they've been threatened by Mr. Servidio....from nasty letters to invasive phone calls.

I met him in Florida this past year....and then felt the need to shower.

I just got off the phone with Special Agent Dooley......he took the call for Special Agent Russel Brown mentioned by Michael from Spring Hill Fl in the thread's I have placed.

In my conservation with Special Agent Dooley....he told me first he could not discuss any investigation.

He did ask myself and any others that have complaints to send them to the following addy at which time I told him we had over a year of documentation on Jay Servidio and Teleteria.

Aparently there is information being sent into this agency, also I would say I think Michael is correct in his postings about teleteria being under indictment by the FBI.

JFK is correct, these are allegations... pretty solid ones from what I've seen and heard, but allegations none the less.

Hopefully, if people who have dealings with Mr. Servidio and his company send their complaints to the email address in The Wood's recent post ( [email protected] ), then law enforcement can take these allegations and turn them into fact.

you can still charge back, up to 6 months. you are 100% protected and get every cent back.

even they rebill you you can charge it back again.

Its been to long I beleive for this..... over a year , I tried to appeal this and visa told me to take a hike....

Now I am trying to get in touch with all of tthe people that have posted here about teleteria.....they are in the archives...I wish I had a way to touch base as I am sure they would like to voice their opinion and possibly a complaint.
