Had to buy External USB 2.0 2.5 INCH HDD at least 80 GB.

All they did when I asked was reading boxes, what I can do as well. Pfff next time I will buy it online again

Agreed, most people that work in computer shops are pointless, you ask them for something they will just get you more confused.

I've run into problems like this before. Now I like to go into the shops and look at stuff. And then I buy it online usually.
