I have a 21 year old tech guy that works full time for my company.

He has been dating (and fucking) a 16 year old girl for about a year now.

I call him a pedophile, he says i'm just jealous, but I really do think it is sick especially since she looks 12 and acts like 8.

So is he a pedophile?

16 is a child as defined by law in Canada. 18 is an adult.

If you are that anal about who your employee is dating, and is allowed to date by your countries laws, then you shouldnt be employing anyone.
It is none of your business where your employee parks his cock at night, esp if he isn't breaking any laws. The ONLY way it would be your business is if he were molesting a child and that could reflect negatively on your business as well as the obvious moral issues involved. Leave the kid alone.
