You give guy a task he either does it or he flakes

you give a women task first they send you a fuckin list of questions before they can start the work like

1 what is your name

2 what is your goal

3 desribe your business

4 what is the reason people should buy from you

5 how is this different

6 im a lazy fuck and hope you dont respond to this email

then when you answer they usally have more questions

some people are idiots and the type not to face problems and run away

some people face things and deal with them

can't say as I have, but to tell you the truth I probably hire more women to do work for me than men

Men also tend to listen to lists of what you are saying to remember things, women tend to try to write it down instead of paying attention. I remember teachers in high school specifically saying "Do not write this down, pay attention to what I am saying and you will remember" and the girls would freak out.
