Is anyone here famililar with Florida's Interstate Compact laws?
 

Is anyone famililar with Interstate Compact laws for people on probation?

I'm moving to Florida in November to attend school, but I made a mistake about a year and a half ago, so now I'm on probation...

My P.O. is a complete dick and isn't even putting through an effort to file paperwork for the compact...he says you have to have at least 45days notice and a place of residence already set up in Florida..


I gave about a four month notice, but no place of residence..i finally found a house, got the address and the lease is signed, but still not 45 days. Anyone had experience with this? Know of any ways around it, etc?

Someone has to know something.
