Sueing an affiliate program - Your advice needed
Hey guys.
We are thinking about sueing an affiliate programs that owns us alot of money and isn't paying. This is an rx company, not adult one. Before we'll contact a lawyer, if this is an online affiliate program, which kind of proves do we need to collect before we'll send them a letter from a lawyer (and then probably they'll close our access to the control panel and we won't be able to view stats). I have screen captures of our stats, do i need to ask from a notary to login using our login/pass and view that stats as well ? What else ? |
lol, online pharma are all offshore companies. don't waste your money on lawyers. cut your loses and move on:2 cents:

ask your lawyer, man.
But the notary idea isnt a bad one. -p |
does the t and a say you will get paid?

Good luck, if they are smart they are offshore and you'll never see a penny. Not smart mixing in the RX biz these days. Just asking for trouble.

If you hit me up I can give you the details for the collections company we use for when customers of ours decide to skip out on the bill.
The collections company is a international company so they can go after people all over the world. DH |
