Nobody in their right mind is going to copy and paste a lit of the sites they submit to just to save you some work. Go spend some money on a submitter with a decent DB and grab the hand submit sites from that if you need them that badly.

are you on crack? maybe some one might sell you a list no way your getting one for free thats like asking a mailer for their list of emails
