I didn't think that was a real option.. how can somebody not have heard about this trial?

Not everyone watches CNN. I've never heard Scott Peterson's name on any real news source as far as I can remember.

I've got news for all of you. THIS FUCKING THING WILL NEVER GO AWAY!

This will wind up with a hung jury, then a new prosecution, and a guilty verdict followed by years and years and years of appeals.

Obviously guilty. He could have gotten away with it, but his behavior after his wife disappeared (especially with the new girlfriend) sealed his fate.

I agree, although it pisses me off that they brought up the fact that he ordered a porn channel after she went missing as evidence against him. I was against him up until then, but that's seriously fucked. Put him in jail because he's human.

I do agree with the point, BUT it's not like the guy was keeping his dick in his pants because he was pining for her and needed some release in the meantime.
I was pregnant at the same time as she was...my husband and I separated briefly and during that period is when she disappeared. Broke my heart, and everytime i felt my daughter kick inside my belly, I would think of her and her baby boy.

scott peterson will have a ball hanging out with oj simpson after he is found not guilty.
