If you were the Admin of a board
If you were the Admin of a board and the owner fired you for no reason. Would you log in and delete all the posts you had made to that board?
|
No id login thru the backdoor I setup in all the boards I admin and delete the whole fucking thing.:thumbsup
|
i'd plan on being sued after something like that lol
|
No. Revenge is best served cold.
|
revenge is definately more fun!
|
No, I'd probably accept responsobility for what ever it is that got me fired instead of telling people it was no reason.. :2 cents:

No I wouldn't. Revenge has a way of backfiring on you. You leave gracefully, people respect you, trust you, and may give way to another opportunity. Tear things up, raise hell, then it will just make everyone think he was justified and others will be leary of doing business with you for fear you will attack them at some point.

Are you going to do that?:1orglaugh

once you were fired you lost all rights to login as a admin, you can ask the owner to do it otherwise your still "breaking" into the board and tampering

He's been really freaky ever since the new 2257 proposal came out. I think he was just looking for a reason. |

He'll probably delete all the forums anyway. he doesn't know how to manage them. My posts will be gone soon enough |
Nope on the delete and Yep on setting up a new acct under the nick of "European Lee" and annoy the hell out of them:-))

No Way! I'd be hella angry...but anger is only one letter short of danger. Karma has a way of finding a way back to you than biting you in your ass! I'd handle like a queen!
|
Just take off all your clothes in the middle of his office and then scream that he tried to rape you.
Works everytime :thumbsup |

I understand the "pissed" part, but the best advice ever given me in a situation like this was:
"Never make a decision while your still reacting".... And. You have made a good decision to move onwards and upwards. All The Best To You Darling :-) |
big deal you were fired. move on and forget about it.

After all i had to put up with and all the paranoia in that office, I'm glad Its finally over with. Yet I still get these hot flashes of anger. |
He/she didn't fire you "for no reason".
Take a look at what you did and didn't do so you won't get fired from your next job. If you can't see the reason consider looking at areas like your ethics, how you react to something not going your way, and your professionalism in a public business setting like an industry forum. You mentioned you thought he was "looking for a reason" to get rid of you. 99% of the time people are actually looking for ANOTHER reason to take some action when the reason they already have can't be absolutely proven or for some other reason they feel that they would like an additional reason. That is to say, even if he WAS "looking for a reason" to get rid of you there is a reason that he wanted to get rid of you. Should you break into his system which you know longer have any right to access, which is now a felony in some countries? That would be a REAL good idea. By the way, since you are apparently looking for a job now, here's a job hunting tip - go to forums where there are webmasters who might hire you. Tell these potential employers three things about yourself: 1) I get fired. 2) I'm vindictive, immature, and incapable of admitting my mistakes. 3) I commit crimes against my employers. Who wouldn't hire you after a post like the one you made to start this thread? |
