How do you control anger?
 
Do you get so angry that you want to break something? What do you do to calm yourself down?

I go for a nap. Alone in a room, pillow over your head....all the anger disappears and after a nice hour long nap you wake up being able to handle things in a more productive manner.

i surely have anger issues, caused alot of trouble for me when i was younger and thought i was invincible..lol

usualy anger is misplaced, or just stupid and pointless. All i need is a few days away from what evers pissing me off and ill get over it. a dip in a hottub and some hard fucking is good too :) :)
