or hundred white sharks , all the same

Do all dogs look the same? They are all the SAME species.

Mankind differs from the animals only by a little, and most people throw that away.

just because you differ from animals only by a little doesnt mean that the rest of the mankind does

There's a great deal of human diversity because we had a very tribal life for thousands of years, separating in little groups which all acquired slightly different genetic traits over time. A tribe that does not mingle with outsiders will eventually have a very homogenous look (just look at the primitive inhabitants of isolated island and you will notice how closely they resemble one another). Over the last couple of centuries, methods of transportation have made the world a much smaller place and we're all sharing the same living space, mingling with each other daily. If there's no movement for ethnic segregation, we will eventually become a single race with uniform, homogenous characteristic. This, of course, will require perhaps 500 generations or more. Just like the lion, the homo sapien will have a generic look.

Human brain is very evolved machine to recognise facial charasterics.

Just as dogs sniff butts to recognise eachother.
