lol, I guess that happens when you buy subs that other countries are replacing because they're too old. :helpme

I'm not sure but I think that's probably a good percentage of our fleet right now, I've heard several times that we have more subs in the West Edmonton Mall than we do in the oceans. :1orglaugh

Canada bought four 2nd-hand mothballed subs from Britain. Their sub program has just been a huge and costly clusterfuck, with delays in recommissioning them, and several mishaps like this. Subs are great if you like bombing people out of nowhere on the spur of the moment, but Canada doesn't do that. Their main function has been to intimidate foreign fishing boats.
