OMG How sad what kind of a monster beats a 3yo to death. What is this world comming to?

It's madness. I saw on tv few hours ago about a mother that tortured her kid almost to death and the police let her free and I was looking for an article to confirm that cause it's almost unbelievable to be true and instead I find this.
