...i think i might be parting from the 420 group for a little bit, always rep, just wont be smoking... i got busted with grass today.. thing is it was only a fucking gram and they had to note it as "under 20 grams"

...so over a gram i am gunna get fucked as if i had more... this pisses me off..court is on the 28th... first offence, so maybe ill get off a little easy, i just hope im not stuck with probation.. that would really be piss in my cornflakes

Basically, whatever the drug, if you get caught with a small amount, you'll be charged with possession. If it's your first offence, you're going to get off with an automatic caution. being this is my first offence, what is gunna happen to me?

will someone who has gone though this before give me a headsup on my future so i dont drive myself crazy thinking about it. i really hope i dont get probation or anything, and for only a gram, i dont see why it would be a big deal, especially being DJ had about 20grams exactly.

my brother got the same thing a week ago.. but he didn't even have a gram.. just the bowl that was packed in the pipe..

he hasn't gone to court yet.. otherwise i'd let you know how it went (california laws/judge)

good luck though.. hope you get a judge thats 4204L

I'd say expect some sort of probation.
Section 17 or ARD.

it will only be a misdemeanor, and might even get a susopended sentence, if you volunteer for a drug class but no worries on the travel, that is not what will happen to you man.. that shit is for big dealers and shit...

no priors, and a full docket, you wont even go to court more than your initial appereance, and you will get a fine, and maybe probation if the judge is a prick, or there are other circumstances to your arrests, i.e. you call the cop a dickhead, or got caught fucking the neighbors cat, etc....

sorry to hear about your trouble, and do not want to make light of it, However bro do not be too worried either...

I would suggest moving out of the sout if you want to smoke weed on a regular basis though, cause next time will not be a first offense

not true you can get it expunged or however you spell it and be able to get into canada i got caught with the same thing here in jersey 1000$ fine 6 months probation it was my first offense so i got PTI ( pre Trial Intervention) it sucks either way your gonna get hit somewhat hard just take care of business don't fuck around and you'll be ok
