after 3-4 times of this you'd think they would invest some more $ to prevent this kind of downtime

I've just about had it with this bullshit. Everytime they go down it also seems that my conversion ratio is 4x worse for several days after they come back up.

So fucking tired of this, seems likes its happeneing every week or every other week.

We're seeing the same kind of results here... for about 3 days after, conversions are way down.

how fucking lame is this.. unbelievable

We're cascading processors here so I've switched CCBill to our primary for now.

It's still a pain in the ass though when this seem to be happening every week.

Seems to be back up and working now here, anyone else?

maybe they can make another post and slam ibill so they go down more this week.

Seems to be working now here also. But reports aren't back yet. Everything is $0's.
