Nevada registered corporation
 

Does anyone know if company details/information
(ie: president, stockholders etc) of Nevada Corporations are available to the public or authorities from other countries?

I would prefer info from people who actually know for a FACT.

I hope you asked your accountant and lawyer about that one.

Most seem to think that it's best to do in your home state.
