The cutting off a persons clitoris-glans throughout the world usually only happens to the female gender.

The United Nations reports that Egypt is the worst offender with 80% plus reporting some type of female genital mutilation.

Let's dream for a second ...
As the number one reason given by Fathers for continuing this peversion is "I don't want to look bad with my neighbours and family" ...

Why don't we teach young women on a global basis how not to get pregnant by using the Combined Fertility Cycle?

The egg has a fertility cycle of 2 days.
Using the Combined Fertility Cycle the probability of fertilization or avoidance of fertilization can be predicted to a statistical similarity as the birth control pill. Why don't we teach this on a global basis?
