Super Size Me - Does Anyone Know..

Out of all the fast food joints in the US which of them has the most 'nutrition' in any given value meal?

I realize that for the most part the words 'nutrition' and 'fast food' shouldnt really be used in conjunction with each other but i figured as 99% of GFY members only eat junk food someone around here would know.

Lee

I would vote for Taco Bell. If you don't eat the ground beef dishes or fried shell & chips stuff you have tortillias and corn wrappers, beans, rice, veggies, chicken, steak, dairy

Depends on what you consider "fast food". I don't think any of the hamburger places like McDonalds, Burger King, etc have healthy menu items. They SAY that they do, but they don't. Like McD's salads... they inject their chicken with sugar so I can't eat them and they choose high sugar dressings like Paul Newman instead of a no sugar dressing option.

Subway makes some nutritious items, but you have to be careful what you add. Lots of mayo and cheese adds fat to your healthy sandwich. Adding chips and a sugary soda to any healthy meal, makes it unhealthy.

Baja Fresh is supposed to be really good for you, but I don't have any around here and those might not be "fast food" by your definition.
