coffee, muffin and glass of juice every morning
i've started to get into this habit ever since i got out of the hospital. normally i don't have anything but a glass or two of water in the mornings, but i'm getting into the continental breakfast thing... what do you have when you get up?

coffee and a bowl of cheerios, or whatever my wife makes me :)

venti iced vanilla soy latte sugar free :( and usually a protien/meal bar

yesterday, it was chinese macaroni. today, it was a tuna fish sandwich.

Start off with a litre of water, wait a couple of hours, then usually make pancakes or an omelet. Alternate between a couple of cups of coffee or tea, depending what I'm in the mood for.

Always start with coffee and water then move into potatoes, hashbrowns, eggs, sausage, or whatever else I have in the fridge.
Some days I don't eat until late in the afternoon but that's not as healthy as a plate of morning meat. |

before i got laid off from my real job it was:
12-16oz oj 2 eggs flat bread - similar to a tortilla but more rectangular put eggs (in scambled form) on flat bread and roll for a breakfast burrito once a week i would add cheese - and sometimes bacon but i tried to keep the fat content down also take multi-vitamins, a chromium supplement and glusomine & chondoritin suppliment - for joints and stuff |

Well usually after I wake up I take my bc pills with a sip of water, then I market, and then Tony and I usually go out for a bite and it's usually some type of lunch.
So we really don't eat a breakfast anymore. |

I usually eat a whole grain cereal in the morning, or rye or wheat toast with chunky peanut butter..... and of course coffee. About once a week I'll whip up a big breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausages, wheat toast, and CD's spicey hash browns..... and of course coffee. Once in a long while I'll make French toast, pancakes, or waffles. :D |

i rarely eat anything in the morning - nicotine and caffeine power me but Frosted Mini Wheats when and if i do eat breakfast.
McDonalds is great for breakfast. |
When I remember I have a rotation of pancakes, waffles, or eggs. Sometimes bacon, but always buttered toast and OJ.

Coffee, then water at the gym, then when I get home I usually make soup or have a little bit of what was left over from dinner. I hate breakfast food :ugone2far
