A friend just tweaked my tcpip and cable modem settings, and now I'm downloading sooo fast! Wooohooooo! I can actually watch movie trailers without any hiccups or waiting for the buffer to load!

I just had to share this moment of joy with you all. :)

likely registry tweaks, they can help somewhat, but need to do them frequently.

I am allowed 10GB download a month on my account, and I'm not going to be downloading movies or anything like that. I'm just very happy with how this turned out :) My upload is still 300kbps. Only the download speed changed.
