Wtf? Ccbill

third day of you being fucked up. just talked to your rep. and got your standard "nothing wrong here" answer. Either I get an honest answer or epoch goes up today.

Radik 10-03-2004 07:16 AM

I've had no gaps for the last 24 hours, hope that helps.

Jakke PNG 10-03-2004 07:18 AM

Lot of denials?

Mr. Mike 10-03-2004 07:22 AM

What does everyone think of epoch? Are they big time scrubbers? Or do you see a big difference in signups between them and CCbill.

To be honest Im happy with CCBill, but if there is potential for more why not. Im thinking of trying them out for a while.

I have always been happy with ccbill, but when something is wrong and I call and they tell me they are fine, it pisses me off.
I only use epoch as a backup so I really don't know, but i am willing to give it a shot.

Was it necessary to registre a new nick just to post this?

Foxfire 10-03-2004 08:05 AM

probably not necessary, but when dealing with processors I like to be on the safe side.

Actually to tell you the truth, don't see much difference, ccbill converts a little better, but not by much.

Sausage 10-03-2004 08:23 AM

Pulled out my windows calculator ;)

Epoch converts 28% better than CCbill. CCbill scrubs like a motherfucker, and dont even get me started on their affiliate management ....... affiliates have no idea they are getting fucked over so badly ... the way I have my system set up there is no possible way affiliates can miss out on sales ... but they do ;)

I only push 100 sales a week through verotel, but they do the best for me. I would use epoch as your primary though and use netbilling as your secondary.

Foxfire, i am not sure what is going on, but if you contact me, i can put you in touch with somebody that can check things out...if you are referring to gaps in sales, my suggestion would be to use your own card to do a live test signup

Thanks for the response, you are now my backup and as soon as i find a different one you will be dropped completely. Epoch has more sales today than ccbill and they were my backup. Perhaps you missed where i said "honest" response.

EscortBiz 10-03-2004 09:29 AM

my conversions have been awesome and i think they either are using a new scrub system or somethin because im getting 50% less declines

imageman 10-03-2004 09:41 AM

CCbill seems to be working just fine except the admin control is so fucking slow. I think we are getting about 10% more with CCbill since Ibill stopped processing Visa so i am guessing its due to that.

Epoch are an excellent company and CCbill would make a great backup or vice versa.

I did not miss where you said ?honest response?, I had responded to the thread in a good faith effort to help troubleshoot an issue, if there is something that does not make sense with your account, let?s get somebody qualified to look at it. What has happened with your account so far, I have no idea?I am at home, just finished breakfast, and saw this thread. We have no interest in our clients not processing sales; if you want results, then get hold of me, if you just started this thread solely to vent, then it seems that your decision has already been made

Honeyslut 10-03-2004 10:09 AM

Online sales is just like retail. There are slow periods of a month and buying periods.

corvette 10-03-2004 10:10 AM

As far as the speed of our admin at certain times, we have clients that run massive and continuous queries in our reporting admin which seems to slow the admin for other users; we are aware of this and had started to address the issue last week, we expect that this gets alleviated this week, probably around mid-week, I would guess

solonline 10-03-2004 10:10 AM

Nothing wrong here, our sales have been fucking great the past few days with CCbill! :thumbsup

You are gonna dump them after you got a personal response at 10am on a Sunday morning from Corvett?

So you start an anonymous post trashing ccbill? lol, which billing company to do work for?

Damn man, maybe you should switch over to Ibill and see how you like their customer support!

As far as CCbill goes, we just closed a new record sales week -- not seeing any "gaps" here... And CCbill has NEVER been late on a payment, which other billing processor can say that?

It doesnt even seem like you are giving them a chance to help you out making your ccbill bashing sound unauthenitic. We are having record sales as well with ccbill, maybe you should give them one more chance to see whats going wrong.

This could explain why the ccbill interface feels slow, cuz me and you keep running our sales reports to oggle those record numbers! Right Bill? :1orglaugh

Nubiles 10-03-2004 11:03 AM

LOL I guess all these sales are slowing down CCbill for everyone else :Graucho :Graucho

AlienQ - BANNED FOR LIFE 10-03-2004 11:08 AM

I like French Toast;)

Its a great breakfast, and CCBILL responses on Sunday's are an interesting read.

Don't see that every Sunday!

Cheer's Corvett.

I'm just curious on what you mean by a "honest answer"? How do you know that the "nothing wrong here" is not a honest answer? Do you know something about CCBill that the rest of us don't where you know somebody from there is not be honest? Just because your sales are slow, doesn't automatically mean CCBill is at fault.
