I have two servers. The hosting provider changed the IP on one of them. After being up most of the night, I finally find out that they gave the same IP to two different customers. So fuck me!

That's the short story, the support department really jerked me around too. I'll skip the details. There may be a flame thread about them soon though! Here and on other boards.

I hesitate to call Webair cause they are in Retards Lee's sig. A Juicy refer sure counts. ahmmmmm

A little short on sleep. I moved the affected domains to a different server. Make that moving - takes time.

That's not the solution though, just a patch... So I am shopping

They always answer and help .

During my move to webair they helped me move evrything and make sure evrything was perfect....scripts SSL Certs , and more shit... must have been a 5 hour ordeal with em on ICQ but they got the job done :thumbsup

An important subject for most of us. So I'm gonna take a very serious look and try like hell not to fuck up.

Some things I'll need is the home phone number, cell phone number, girlfrriends cell, mom's cell.... of my rep that knows me by name so that when I have issues at any time day or night, I can get help with out a fucking hassle!

Have some other criteria too. Gonna give this some serious thought and start another thread. Obviously security is important. Look what just happened to Lars. I lost some money over this. Don't even want to think what that DDOS did to him!

The other thing I need to do (after I calm down) is describe what went down so others may avoid some bullshit. I'm gonna name names. Just not as a knee jerk reaction.

We use cpanel with unlimited domains, everything you mentioned and more for $249 per server. I may be able to go lower with two or more.

Pay a little more and get lot more in quality and a long term strong relationship.
