A few years ago, i had a site on adultbouncer.com
Never sent any traffic on it but still, i had a bunch of signups, only with that adultbouncer internal traffic.

Is this still possible nowadays? And where?

you are never going to get rich relying on any AVS to bring you the traffic to make signups

its definitly possible but its probably better to focus on external traffic sources

Like baddog says, nowadays you MUST bring your own traffic to the table to survive in AVS.
