Too lazy to find partnerships with programmers/designers or hire them? Maybe they don't want to manage paysites.

Yep. And content is not too far behind. Fortunately, I have both. My DonnysGirls.com site kicks ass. There are few better on the internet. I have kick ass, exclusive content inside and a very "personal touch" with members.
I believe it goes: "Content is King but Traffic is God"
P.S. Content Producing is a full time job, I know because I do it 40+ Hrs a week and work a 40+ hr a week Real job. But smart as I am, I have enough content and good people that my first paysite will be up soon!

Try driving 1 million unique hits to a site with nothing but a sign up page.
Then put up a site with great content and do nothing to get traffic.
Which site will make the most money?
What ever you do you need some SOMETHING to sell the customer. But if you do nothing to get traffic someone will find you and sign up. Search engines have spiders.
Best thing to do is do Content, site design and traffic the best you can.
I tell you this, its hard enough making an affilate program and building sites, hiring staff, managing all this stuff. Let alone go out and shoot content as well. Its 2 different business models. People who shooot good content and business people who can turn that content into cash.
You need a lot of time and money to do both at once. And staff
Try the New XMovies.com and make more $$$ with your Traffic
