Hey Guys & Gals,
I have been following the adult market for about 1 year now it seems very interesting and I would like to start some stuff my self now. So far all I have done is post some
Freesites and tgp galleries, but I'm thinking about starting my own tgp website now, but I don't know much about the work behind them, like I can imagine it's cinda
Hard to get webmasters to post their galleries to my site when they get almost no traffic back from me, would I have to build them all my self ? or is it possible to
Buy galleries or trade them for something ?. And when my site starts to grow in size, I would get a lot of gallery posts, more than I can handle, is it possible to rent staff
To review and maintain the gallery database ? if so what do they normally charge for this ?. How much work is it a day
To maintain a tgp website ? how many hours a day does it take and what is the normal income from a good sized tgp site ?.
As I am evaluating to commit a lot of my time to this I would highly appreciate all the information I could get on this,

As far as answers to your questions... TGP is VERY hard without any traffic... but it can be done... I dont know much about it but I'm sure someone here will be able to help you out!

I used to run several tgps in the past. I can tell you that such a site takes time to grow.

There shouldnt be a problem with webmasters who submit to your tgp. After some time you'll be getting more galleries than you can review. The best way to get them is to signup for a webring (where you share your galleries) or just get your site into one of tgp auto submit programms. If surfers like your site - your traffic will start growing. There will be people that bookmark your site. Good way to get traffic is to trade it with other tgp sites.

If you have enough time to build your galleries your site will be more profitable. You will be sending your traffic to your galleries and your sponsors instead of gallery submitters.

If you will get a lot of gallery posts, more than you can handle you can rent stuff to review them. Usually tgp owners dont pay their employees, but allow them to post their galleries at the top positions. Tgp owners and people that review galleries are happy. :)

How much you will make on your TGP depends....on you.
You can try different combinations of sponsors for example.
If you get more traffic - you make more money. If you get good quality traffic - you make more money...etc...

You may want to look into investing some bucks into a good TGP script. Running TGP's is hard but from some posts I've seen here it could be lucrative as well.
