The more I feel like NOT voting at all. I will not vote for Bush, but Kerry doesn't impress me either.

and of course, i'll be voting for Kerry, but if you vote for Kerry too, then he will have 1 more winning vote!

We definitely need to remove the two-term limit on Presidents. Maybe 2 terms, then back out for one, then run again... :)

By the way, I've never missed my opportunity to vote. I take that right very seriously. A lot of people have died so that I can vote.


I'm just very disappointed in the available candidates.

Why so? Abstaining from voting because there isn't a candidate who represents your views doesn't imply that you have no opinion on political issues.

I heard a rumor that if Kerry doesn't win this year, Hilary Clinton might run in 2008. I don't know if the country is openminded enough for a female president yet, but that would be the closest we'll get to having good ol' Bill in the white house.

The system doesn't change overnight. It's a slow evolutionary process. Votes can change the process the same way the environment gradually effects evolution. If you can't vote with your head, at least vote with your guts. It does matter and it will change things.
