That is probably all of fox news poll voters and a very few Kerry voters... Wasn't the poll total under 80k for Fox? Even MSN poll had over 400,000 votes.

Buff 10-01-2004 09:56 AM

I think he was doing better than Kerry for the first 20 minutes and then he collapsed into that deer in the headlights stare and began stammering like a moron, and Kerry took over and won.

jacked 10-01-2004 09:57 AM

bush needs to sit down and shut the fuck up all he does is talk shit about kerry he doesn't even give the man the time of day, bush just shrugs it off and keeps on yappin.

I love it how the victory gap seems to get bigger by the hour. :1orglaugh

Did Kerry look better, talk better, and react better? Yes. Did Kerry do anything to get rid of his flip-flop image? NO!~

I think all you giddy Kerry supporters are goiing to be disappointed in how little the numbers will be affected by this debate.

JustJen 10-01-2004 10:12 AM

I too think Kerry won the debate, however I am not so sure it will change the actual numbers much. I think after next weeks VP debate and the town hall debate we will know much more than we know now.

Bush's problem is his delivery. He is not a good speaker. I was watching the debate at the gym closed captioned. So I could only read what they were saying. I thought Bush was stomping Kerry by reading the captioning with no sound. However when I got home and heard how poorly Bush was speaking it took the meaning out of his words.

My :2 cents:

Bush was saying the right stuff at the right time the wrong way.

I agree 100%.
Critical thought at every step of the path is WISDOM.
Conditions change and so should opinions.
Blindly holding an opinion is what we call STUBBORN.

xclusive 10-01-2004 01:12 PM

Kerry owned Bush bigtime I really hope for the whole world Kerry wins...

Interesting. Can you give some examples? I didn't hear anything from Bush besides the same old tired rhetoric, repeated over and over again. I mean how many times did he say mixed messages, 30?

That is exactly what kills Bush. He has been doing this for four years now and, when there is truth in his statements, he never delivers "new words" - always the same old crap.

Unfortunately there is no character or substance to this President. Tho that was known even before he was elected into office. The guy is.... dangerous, both to the US and others.

You could be right I watched about 45 minutes of it. There may have been more repitition than I am aware of.

My point was Bush is better read than heard. I recommend reading the transcript of the debate to see a different spin as I did.

TonyL 10-01-2004 01:36 PM

And anyone who thinks that the president makes a decision these days is wrong. He is simply the figurehead.

The president doesn't wipe his ass without a consultant to tell him which direction and how many times to wipe.

Goverment is controlled by big money. You wanna change the world get some money together and lobby/payoff some politicians. Doesn't matter who's in office. You drop enough coin and they are going to see it your way.

News all informational media is BS. You guys have seen enough crap reports from 20/20/Nightline on the adult industry to know that ALL media information is sensationalized to make it marketable between commercials.

There are more registered voters in the senior demographic than under 30.......

It may seems reasonable to you...... but an loder person may have a problem with someone who is not able to keep a steady view point......

I am a conservative by nature.....you may call names and say I'm not smart and all of the other ammunition that is thrown the direction of someone like me........I could care less

and that is fine.....as an undecided voter....I watched the debates very closely and not as a bandwaggoning un-informed i let Letterman, Leno, Stuart, and Conan influence my decision and regurgitate last nights momolgue as my opinion........

I wanted to know who is the better choice given the two fucking stooges we have to pick from........

Bush was not as bad as many of you claim....and Kerry was not that impressive........and many today feel the same way I do

John Kerry should have destroyed that man last night.........it should have been a clear victory with a wide margin......

the reality....it was not.....

still undecided

I say advantage to Kerry last night....but his next effort better be far more impressive if he wants the White House

if TRL on MTV decided the election....sure Kerry hands down........

but last time I checked they did not......

Kerry HAS to come out swinging harder next time to win this....if you think this is a DNC walk away.....I think you are being foolish thinking so

Dude, calling me a country music fan is probably the worst putdown anyone has ever given me on GFY.

For the last fucking time. I AM NOT A NATIVE TEXAN. I am from MICHIGAN, I don't SWILL beer, and I still have all my teeth.

I'd hate to see him on his weaker points...
