shit happens! do they need a escuse? they are one of the most reliable servers out there and they have one bad night and they totally fixed it as fast as they could and they owe you a excuse?

I'll admit I was upset at the time and posted a lot in the "phatserver is down thread" but they came back online and are running strong as ever

Who fucked up on the BGP? Had to have been ADN...
So what did ADN do to cause the downtime?

they say they are multi-homed, but checking their BGP announcements and also what happened 2 days ago shows me theyre not.

Im with 3 other hosts, and if something like this happened I would've gotten an apology, compensation, and the reason, without having to ask for it.

Why do they owe you a public excuse to what happened? I'm sure if you ask them they will say what happened and say sorry but I've been with them for a year and a half and they have done so much for me and I've been with many hosts that aren't a third as good as them

I've been with phatservers for awhile...first time ever had any issue that lasted more than minutes.

I haven't asked them for an "excuse", explanation anything. I don't really care what happened. They have provided me with nothing but top notch service and a very stable product.
Shit happens get over it.

Mike and Phatserver are one of the few people in this industry I trust. Been with Phatservers for a few years and all I can say is they do what they say they are going to do and do it right faster than anyone else.

Take your bullshit somewhere else punk. I seriously doubt you are going to get anyone here to support you. Try a phone call and actualy ask if you really need to know. What a novelty idea huh?
