Worth the risk or not?

I would take the chance there is good money to be made and the profits outweigh the chances at a loss...

Not for a u.s. company, not at all no matter how many people do it... :2 cents:

Last I looked into it, as owner of a US company operating in the US, I felt it was not worth the risk. However, I don't have a ton of casino traffic, so the upside wasn't that big anyway. 0.1% extra income isn't worth the worry. If I did have major casino traffic, I'd look at working outside the US to monetize it, while striving to comply with US law. (The US still concerns itself with what its citizens do in other countries, so you still need to be careful).
