Setting up hosted galleries with Verotel?

Verotel needs two numbers passed back to count affiliate sales. They look like this:

14816:9804000000461813

The last series it the ID of the affiliate, but what is the first? It's not the ID of the website.

Anyone know what it is? Thanks for the help.
