They had a report about these on the news. Apparently people were "sneaking" by pictures of The Unibomber, Sadaam, Osama, and other messed up pictures to be put onto stamps. They said that they have to go over the sumbitted pictures better now because of it!!! :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

You probably need to have a tatoo on it,so the receiver of the letter knows who it's from
