best way to make a real dvd film
 

OK, I have a pro dv camera.

What is the cheapest option to make a decent DVD to sell.

Such as min spec PC.
Decent softwear to:
edit the film
create a decent looking dvd
create a nice looking start (titles and so on)
Best way to send it to the reproduction firm (do I just make a dvd and send it to them?)

Also what is a pro option.

I guess G5, but what else?

Scenarist is the professional level DVD authoring program.
