I bet you don't have this

Wild turkeys running rampant on your street. These turkeys have been around for 5 months and they stay on my street. They go away at night but you can find them wandering around different times during the day. There is no forest around me so I wonder where they go during the night.

They're planning something, i bet they killed one of your neibors a few weeks ago and have been living inside thier house. They're scouting the rest of the block, waiting for reinforcements...

They've sort of been making a mess of 5 or 6 front yards leaving ant hole size holes in our the yards but I'm talking the whole thing getting 'holed out". Looking like we dug the thing up.

Sarah_Jayne 09-30-2004 07:54 AM

lol not exactly but growing up we would often have wild turkies fly level with the driving window of the car for a bit. There are a lot of them in parts of PA.

C-Bass 09-30-2004 08:02 AM

Can't you see their sideburns and skull caps? They're obviously Jewish turkeys.

You lost your bet..

Here on the streets of Eugene, Oregon we have turkeys running wild.. It's illegal to shoot them within city limits so they run free....

graphicsbytia 10-01-2004 03:31 AM

they've got to be getting out of someone's yard, no way wild turkeys would be so in the open like that, they're usually extremely shy

Tia, You'd be surprised... Here in Eugene, they run rampant all over the place.. We have Deer, Racoons, and Turkey that are free to roam all over....

media 10-01-2004 03:34 AM

Btw Tia, Combined with the city across the way we have close to 300k people here.....
