bollocks
v : make a mess of, destroy or ruin; "I botched the dinner and we had to eat out"; "the pianist screwed up the difficult passage in the second movement" [syn: botch, bumble, fumble, botch up, muff, blow, flub, screw up, ball up, spoil, muck up, bungle, fluff, bollix, bollix up, bollocks up, bobble, mishandle, louse up, foul up, mess up, fuck up] |
Here is the short version. Bollocks means both good and bad things. I am surprised presidential candidates don't use this word more often here in the US. Would save them tons of grief...
|
Brits use both terms often...
bollocks = testicles or shit, rubbish the dogs bollocks = very good |
