Who's controlling copyright issues that arise?

Worth a try even if you only get 5 bucks per month.

Are you controlling the content and ensuring a steady flow of content so people stay members or does it really all depend on the members picture postings?

we control the content from the legal side, me and moderators watch for illegal materials and materials that were stolen from other sites. Usually it's easy to see if photo was home made by user or was made by a pro photographer....

All materials under question are removed, we don't need problems.

For now, we have more than 1.5 gig of content on the site, all user posted. But i'm planning to add some bought content to a members area too.

the site was totally free for 2 years, i worked on getting steady traffic and users...... now this all started working good

without webmasters promoting it, the site pays itself for dedicated hosting, it paid for software i invested in and for server admin's work

well $ 5 a signup for a webmaster thorwing his traffic at your site is not worth it in my opion.

i was looking into the same concept as you are doing . i found out a few things that you could be doing to make more on your site. leave me a way to contact you and i will shoot you some suggestions..:)

Adult webmasters are used to 15$ + recurring but you'd scare surfers off with high membership fees.

and 10$/month for users is a normal price, plus they are more motivated to rebill than on usual paysite where they just watch... they are participating in my site's live, they post photos, they comment, they send PM's they vote on polls, etc etc... they login few times/day to check their PMs :)
