For All of you that were kind enough to offer advice on if my car was totaled!!
 

If you guessed that my car was totaled you were right. Just got off the phone with the insurance company and they told me that the car is not repairable and that I will be receiving a very nice check for it (dont want to diclose too many details) So now its time to go ahead and get some money from the MORON that smashed my car. Although I am somewhat happy about this I cant help but to feel a little sad. I loved that car, it was my baby. But now I can get a newer nicer one so Im not that upset.

woah that sucks about your car man, I hate getting in accidents, even if the other car is responsible and has to pay.

Offer to buy it from the insurance company. You can probably get it from them for pennies on the dollar. Lots of people rebuilding salvaged cars.

Mine was totalled as well, 16k in damages.

at least they hit you from behind and they will have to pay. sucks about your busted ass ride tho.
