Who has set up SPF records in DNS for email?

I know it's strange, a real techie question on GFY.

Not a Linux/BIND guru at all. Know enough to really fuck things up. In a shared hosting environment (Send mail servicing multiple domains) how would you set up the SPF records to protect people from using your domain name from anywhere on the net?

A good reference source on the subject would help. Been lookin around google, but need to find detailed descriptions on where to place the record and its syntax.

Thanks PornGeneral. Been to that site. Where do I place it once generated given the multiple domain environment?
