Places to buy art online?
 

Know of any good websites selling any kinds of art?

Ebay - for high priced stuff always offline auctions (get the catalogs of the big auction houses and bid by phone).

I personally wouldnt spend more than $250 online for works of art.

Anything more than that when it comes to artwork you really should see the peice in person.

Auction houses are a good place to start many of them will already have appraised the items going under the hammer and the better ones will also have color catalogues they can send you.
