ASF / WMV Watermarker Software?

What do you guys use for ASF / WMV Watermarking?
I'm out having a look, and i'm only finding shit :D

Watermark it using VirtualDub, and save it a high bitrate DivX file, then use WMEncoder to encode it to true WMV9.

Don't use VirtualDub to convert to WMV using Microsoft's VCM plugin, it'll fuck up your sound.
