just spent the weekend in vegas and for the first time in 5 years i've finally walked away with money in pocket. everytime i went i wasted my time at blackjack tables when i should've been playing craps. my bro showed it to me & i picked it right up, after one day of playing off and on, i was up $600 off my original $40 i spent. I will never play blackjack again!!!!

craps looks confusing, how does everyone keep track of where they put money, i see people make like 8 bets on a table at one time and others doing the same.

You just watch YOUR bet,, you dont have to pay attentions to everyone elses bets. Your playing against the house, so if you win,, everyone on a winning spot gets paid. It not so confusing.

for most of the boxes on the table they will place your bet in accordance to where you are standing around the table. so if youre on the corner, your bet is put by the corner.

Play the pass line and take odds. :winkwink:

That where youre wrong, theres no skill to rolling the dice, you have to figure out how to bet in order to put the odds in your favor. It's the only game in the casino where you can get slightly better odds than the house.

i actually didnt do it but i heard playing the odds on the come line were the best odds you can take... is this true?

All you need is good timing on craps, if you show up right before a hot roller starts shooting, You can make a lot of money, I once stood at a craps game, and this guy rolled for about 25 mins, The whole table was just making noise and having a good time, Craps is the game to play...

Yes. The odds bet on the pass or come is the only bet in the casino that pays true odds.

lol you never took odds and you still won? my guess is if you won not playing right you would have won 20x's what you won playing correctly

thats what happened when i was playing, an older guy rolled about 25 mins. and hit a ton of hard 8's and hard 4's. people were making $$ hand over fist.

I will have to disagree that Black Jack is for women and suckers. I win at Black Jack more then I lose. If you know how to actualy play you can bring the house odds down to .5%. A little luck from that point and you come out a winner.

No, it isn't. You can never tilt the odds of craps in your favor. All you can do is make bets that reduce the house's edge. If you bet the pass line with 10x odds you're reducing the house edge to a miniscule number but the house does still have an edge. Blackjack is the only house game where the odds can truly be in your favor.
