What's the record for the most devistating storms in one year? I feel so bad one of my friends was selling their house to a floridian and that floridian was selling their house. The house in florida suffered severe damage therfore canceling the deal for my friend and her and the person buying the wrecked house. Its a shame.

I still wouldn't live anywhere else.

Florida still has its appeal and no matter how many hurricanes there will always be people that choose to live in Florida over anywhere else

Living here isnt so bad . This is the first year in forever that we got hit this bad . Plus right around the corner is winter where we will be the warmest place in the nation and everyone will flock here from up north again ..

Living all the way down south is fine, like in the southbeach area, if you have a condo you are in good shape.

Sometimes dodging bullets can be just as expensive as taking a direct hit. I can handle the storms but my pockets can't take much more.

No matter where you live there is going to be some kind of natural hazard, still beats shoveling snow!

My parents just got nailed twice with the eye! I was there last week and saw the damage UGH I had to fly out a day early to beat the damn thing! It's nuts!

I love the looks my neighbors give me when they're all outside shovelling snow, and the kids and I are standing in the window watching my WIFE shovel our walk.

It's priceless.

Oh, she LIKES to shovel snow and I MAKE her tell everyone that. :winkwink:
