Best Buy PC ... any UK Webmasters help?
 

I normally just buy any PC that looks good and has enough RAM to run Photoshop, but my sons are serious gamers and they wanna get their hands on "The Sims2".

I heard on the grapevine that "The Sims2" is quite hungry on the graphics side, and requires a high end graphics card and processor.

Can anyone recommend a good national or even online retailer in the UK to buy such a beast?

i dont see the point just go buy one from dell.. less time spent that way! Plus pc prices have dropped so much now, its cheap

True, but in most cases I have found that I have saved about $1k or so building it myself.

Hmm... I don't know of one..
It's not that hard though, if you have basic knowledge of computer hardware (i.e. having the ability to install a graphics card) then it isn't hard at all.
I'm pretty sure all motherboards come with a manual, so that should help.

If you don't know what you are doing, then it may be best to either find someone that does or get one prebuilt.
The first time I build a computer years ago, I forgot to use the risers on the motherboard. :1orglaugh
Shorted out the board and cost me $200 :1orglaugh
